Kelly Meyer
Kelly is the definition of Resilience, Discipline, & Consistency in every aspect of life.
Fitness isn’t just a hobby for her – it’s her lifestyle. She has always trained hard in the gym, she is very active – moves daily, and practices what she believes in & teaches. When she’s not in the gym, she’s walking the dogs, doing projects around the home, staying active with family, and living the same standards she expects from others.
After a back injury and undergoing severe back surgery in early 2002, Kelly didn’t quit, complain, or settle. She rebuilt herself from the ground up – physically and mentally. That recovery shaped how she trains and lives today: Smart, Intentional, & Focused on Long-Term Strength, Movement, & Confidence. She understands pain, setbacks, and the frustration of starting over – because she lived it. And overcame it.
Kelly brings Empathy without excuses. Support without coddling. And standards that produce results. She’s passionate about helping people live by those same standards. Above all, Kelly values Family, Health, & Showing Up Every Day, even when it’s hard – especially when it’s hard.
If you want a personal trainer / Coach who’s lived it, earned it, and walks the talk – Kelly could be your Personal Trainer / Coach.
