Analysis

Together, you and your Lake Country Training Personal Trainer will identify your Goals, Wants, and Needs.

Nutrition, Exercise, and Lifestyle changes are all components of your program analysis and we will target those issues one at a time or all together. Your program will depend on you and we will help you lay out the plan after we analyze what your baseline is.

Planning and Programming

Once we determine your goals and objectives we will create a personalized plan to help you stay on track. We take it one step at a time to safely and effectively improve and reach your goals.

Organized Personal Training Programming

We’ll clearly lay out each aspect of your plan with step-by-step objectives. You will always know what to do and how to do it while working toward your goals. We’ll design your workout to match your needs, time commitment, and current fitness level. The nutrition plan will be simple to understand and follow. If you need or want nutritional supplements to support your overall nutrition, we’ll actively guide you and offer personalized recommendations.

Over time your lifestyle will become healthier. Changing will not be easy. However, it will be easier with our help.

Coaching/Teaching/Personal Training

We coach you and challenge you. We will also motivate you. And, We will have fun together during the process. Our job is to put you in the best position to be successful and get you the results you want. You will understand what you are doing, why you are doing it, and how to do it properly. We will build off of your success and help you get back on track and keep you on track too!

Research

Your customized program will be created for you. We use proven methods that actually work. We will teach you the correct way to reach your goals while establishing long term changes and habits. This is a much better solution for you long-term and will allow you to live a healthy, happy, fun life. We will help you cut through the bad, misleading information that is online and on TV. This “bad information” is typically one of the biggest hurdles for many people.

Results Personal Training

We re-evaluate your goals, wants, needs, and most importantly – your progress.  If needed we adjust your program, your workouts, and nutrition accordingly. This re-evaluation happens about every 2 months and is ongoing. Your program will change with you as a result of the program modifications along the way. This keeps you continuously moving in the right direction.
