Kelly Meyer
Kelly, owner of Lake Country Training, is the definition of resilience, discipline, and consistency. Fitness isn’t just her job – it’s how she lives. She trains hard, stays active, and practices the same standards she teaches her clients.
After a serious back injury and major surgery in 2022, Kelly rebuilt herself physically and mentally. That experience shaped her approach to training: smart, intentional, and focused on long-term strength, movement, and confidence.
She understands setbacks because she’s lived them – and overcome them. Kelly brings support without excuses, empathy without coddling, and accountability that produces results. She values family, health, and showing up every day – especially when it’s hard.
If you want a coach who has lived it, earned it, and walks the talk, Kelly is ready to help you.
Lukas Meyer
Lukas brings energy, discipline, & work ethic to everything he does. A world-ranked CrossFit athlete and CF-L1 trainer, he coaches alongside his parents helping adults and youth athletes build strength, confidence, and better habits.
Lukas already owns & operates multiple businesses, coaches CrossFit, and is a licensed EMT, while working toward becoming a Paramedic & Firefighter. He doesn’t wait around – he sets goals and goes after them.
Lukas became 1st Phorm’s youngest Legionnaire at age 16, building his approach around discipline, accountability, and leading by example.
Whether you’re an adult looking to improve your fitness or a youth athlete looking to get stronger, healthier, and perform better, Lukas brings the knowledge, energy, and example to help you succeed. He doesn’t just talk about the standard – he lives it.
