Start Your Day With Water!

Get more water in your body!  What’s the easiest way to make that happen?  Be sure the first thing you do when you wake up is Drink a big glass!

The male human body is about 50% to 65% water while the female body is about 45% to 60%and muscles contain about 75%.  Get more of it into your body and it will thank you!Drink Water!

Here are just a few benefits of drinking water and being properly Hydrated:

This Trick & Tip takes no talent at all, and very little effort so there is no excuse not to make it happen!  All you need to do is start to create a new and healthy habit.

Keep in mind that this sounds easy.  You are going to think ” I can do that.” At the end of the day it is going to take some work and consistency to make this habit happen.  First thing in the morning, and then try to drink more water throughout the day.  It will get easy, but it will be difficult to start because its an all day every day thing to work on.
